Anyone who uses immoral or unlawful or derogatory language towards another FikriMühim, or attempts to disrupt the peace of FikriMuhim.com, will be immediately removed. The FikriMuhim.com administration is not obliged to explain the reasons for these sanctions. FikriMühims who do not comply with FikriMuhim.com rules will be prevented from sharing opinions and views. This action may also be taken without any warning.

FikriMuhim.com may change its rules at any time, and the changes shall be effective immediately upon publication. Every member is deemed to have fully read and accepted the membership rules. Risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical harm, interaction with strangers, foreign individuals, individuals under the minimum age, and individuals acting under false identities. You assume all risks when meeting with other FikriMühims with whom you have connected through FikriMuhim.com.

Naturally, some individuals may provide information that is offensive, harmful, defective, and in some cases, may be incorrectly labeled or misleading. FikriMuhim.com cannot be held responsible in any way for the behavior of other FikriMühims.

5.1. Membership Duration:

This agreement shall remain fully effective for as long as you use the website. You may terminate your relationship with FikriMuhim.com at any time and for any reason, or without any reason, through the ACCOUNT DELETION section. If your membership has been terminated by FikriMuhim.com due to a violation of the agreement, you will lose your right to use your FikriMuhim.com points. Any human or natural disasters, war, mobilization, fire, strike, lockout, or similar circumstances that arise unexpectedly, were not foreseeable at the date of this Agreement, and that partially or completely, temporarily or permanently suspend the working conditions, shall be deemed force majeure. During the force majeure period, the obligations of FikriMuhim.com will be suspended.

The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and the invalidity of any provision shall in no way affect the validity of the other provisions. In the event that one or more provisions of this Agreement become unenforceable or invalid due to a new law or regulation, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected.
