Your health information, including HES Code, Covid-19 PCR Test Results, and Vaccination Information, may be processed in line with current developments for the purpose of protecting public health and fulfilling legal obligations.

You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data subject to explicit consent at any time.

Legal Reasons for Processing

• In accordance with Article 5/1 and 6/2 of the KVKK, processing your personal data with your explicit consent,

• For example, sharing your personal data with overseas service providers and suppliers to ensure the secure storage and backup of your data and to receive software support.
• For example, processing your association and foundation membership information.
• In accordance with Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK, processing your personal data when necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract.
• For example, receiving orders, processing sales, shipping products, tracking payments, invoicing, fulfilling customer requests, and providing after-sales support services.
• In accordance with Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK, processing personal data to fulfill the legal obligations of Veri Enstitüsü,
• For example, logging the access records of individuals provided with internet access by Veri Enstitüsü in accordance with Law No. 5651 and sharing these records with the relevant authorities when requested, managing and auditing tax payment processes.
• In accordance with Article 5/2(d) of the KVKK, processing personal data made public by the individual concerned,

• In accordance with Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK, processing personal data when necessary for the legitimate interests of Veri Enstitüsü,

• The right to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
• The right to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• The right to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request notification of the correction to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• The right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law and relevant legislation, if the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request notification of the deletion to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• The right to object to results arising from the processing of your data solely through automated systems, if these results have negative consequences for you,
• The right to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
